The DCV Bubble logo may be used on the Web to represent that the Employer has been licensed with the CVBase Management & Query System and therefore will accept from the candidates their DCV documents, having the capability to receive, store and retrieve them within a DCV documents database.

The following information details DCV Bubble logo web guidelines.
Licensing
For using the DCV Bubble logo on the Web you must license it from CVBase AG by filling out the CVBase Logo License Agreement On-line or downloading the DCV logo package (128KB, zip format) and then printing and filling out the CVBase Logo License Agreement, also included in the archived package, then signing and sending it to CVBase AG, 61 Goethestrasse, CH-9008 St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Website Usage
The DCV Bubble logo may be used in, and displayed by an HTML page accessible through the World Wide Web solely as a button in conjunction with a text.
Required Text
The DCV Bubble logo may be accompanied by text indicating your Job Posting Section. Examples of text are:
"DCV Job Opportunities", "DCV Career Opportunities" or similar
or
"Send Your DCV Document"
Required Link
The DCV Bubble logo must be configured as a button solely for the purpose of linking to either your job posting or career opportunity page or other section of your website where candidates are given information about the DCV system and invited to send their DCV documents. You may not use this as a merely static image. The link must be always an active link to your website.
Required Size
When reproduced on the Web, the size must always be 49 by 61 pixels.
No Alteration Allowed
The DCV Bubble logo must not be rotated, skewed, redrawn, changed in proportion, color or fonts, shrunk; or otherwise altered in any way from the version supplied by CVBase. Reproduce the logo only from the electronic file provided by CVBase in the archived package for Windows, downloadable from CVBase’s official website.
Required Placement
The DCV Bubble logo must always be placed on a prominent spot on your website and must always stand alone, not be placed against a high-contrast background. Do not combine the logo with any other element such as logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, or symbols, that might seem to create a hybrid mark. Recommended text should also always appear. Keep all other art and graphic elements at least 49 pixel away from the logo art.
Positive Presentation
The DCV Bubble logo must be displayed in a positive manner. The logo may not be used to depict CVBase in any negative way or in a way that could reflect adversely on CVBase or its products. The logo must appear on your website twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week once it goes up.
Change To These Guidelines
CVBase reserves the right to change these guidelines at its sole discretion. CVBase will provide 30 days electronic notice of these changes. In addition, CVBase may also change or terminate any promotional activity associated with this program. The limited permission to use the DCV Bubble logo is contingent upon compliance with the terms of the program and guidelines of CVBase. CVBase may modify such terms from time to time.
Proprietary Rights
Use of the DCV Bubble logo is not intended to indicate any endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with your Internet site by CVBase.
The DCV Bubble logo is a proprietary logo of CVBase and contains CVBase's trademarks, which are registered in Switzerland, in the European Union, in the United States and in other jurisdictions. Use of the DCV Bubble logo acknowledges CVBase's ownership of the logo and trademarks. All use of or goodwill associated with the logo and trademarks. All use of or goodwill associated with the logo and trademarks shall inure to CVBase's benefit.
Termination
CVBase reserves the right to immediately revoke permission to use this logo by anyone not following these guidelines as determined solely by CVBase's judgment. CVBase may visit participating sites to check on compliance to these guidelines. In addition, CVBase may terminate this entire program with 30 days electronic notice.
