Hardware Vendors, Software Vendors, Internet Service Providers, Distributors, Dealers and other Third Parties or End User Companies may reproduce the DCV Software, make unlimited copies and freely distribute it provided that they license it from CVBase AG, by downloading the Distributors package (68KB zip format) and then printing the DCV Software Distribution Agreement, filling out, signing and sending it to CVBase AG, 61 Goethestrasse, CH-9008 St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Licensing
Legal entities may reproduce the "Includes DCV" product signature on their product, on the label of their product, on the packaging or on the marketing material, including marketing on the Web, provided that they have a valid DCV Software Distribution License and they license this logo from CVBase AG by filling out the CVBase_Logo_License_Agreement_On-line or printing and filling out the CVBase Logo License Agreement, also included in the archived package, then signing and sending it to CVBase AG, 61 Goethestrasse, CH-9008 St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Website Usage
The Includes DCV logo may be used in, and displayed by an HTML page accessible through the World Wide Web solely as a button in conjunction with a text, to represent that your product includes CVBase's DCV software product and to give information on CVBase's DCV Software product.
Required Link
The Includes DCV logo must be configured as a button solely for the purpose of linking to either the CVBase's Home page (http://www.cvbase.com/) or the CVBase products description (http://www.cvbase.com/products.html) on CVBase's official website. You may not use this as a merely static image. The link must be always an active link.
Print Usage
The Includes DCV logo may be reproduced on your product, on the label of your product, on the packaging or on the related marketing material solely to represent that your product includes CVBase's DCV Software product. Display the logo only in the colors specified. Make sure that the Registered Trademark (R) symbol be readable when the logo is reproduced.

The Includes DCV logo may be accompanied by text. The only allowed text is: "The Passport For Your Career"
Minimum Required Size
When reproduced in printings never use the Includes DCV logo with the shortest side smaller than 9.5mm (0.38"). When used on the Web the size must always be 36 by 56 pixels.
No Alteration Allowed
The Includes DCV logo must not be rotated, skewed, redrawn, changed in proportion, color or fonts, shrunk or otherwise altered in any way from the version supplied by CVBase. Reproduce the logo only from the electronic file provided by CVBase in the archived package (68KB, zip format) for Windows downloadable from this website.
Required Placement
The logo must always be placed on a prominent spot either on your website or your product and must always stand alone, not be placed against a high-contrast background. Do not combine the logo with any other element such as logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, or symbols, that might seem to create a hybrid mark. Recommended web text should also always appear. Keep all other art and graphic elements at least 36 pixel or 9.5mm (0.38") away from the logo art.
Positive Presentation
The Includes DCV logo must be displayed in a positive manner. The logo may not be used to depict CVBase in any negative way or in a way that could reflect adversely on CVBase or its products. When used on line the logo must appear on your website twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week once it goes up.
Change To These Guidelines
CVBase reserves the right to change these guidelines at its sole discretion. CVBase will provide 30 days electronic notice of these changes. In addition, CVBase may also change or terminate any promotional activity associated with this program. The limited permission to use the Includes DCV logo is contingent upon compliance with the terms of the program and guidelines of CVBase. CVBase may modify such terms from time to time.
Proprietary Rights
Use of the Includes DCV logo is not intended to indicate any endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with your Internet site by CVBase. The Includes DCV logo is a proprietary logo of CVBase and contains CVBase's trademarks, which are registered in Switzerland, in the European Union, in the United States and in other jurisdictions. Use of the Includes DCV logo acknowledges CVBase's ownership of the logo and trademarks. All use of or goodwill associated with the logo and trademarks shall inure to CVBase's benefit.
Termination
CVBase reserves the right to immediately revoke permission to use this logo by anyone not following these guidelines as determined solely by CVBase's judgment. CVBase may visit participating sites to check on compliance to these guidelines. In addition, CVBase may terminate this entire program with 30 days electronic notice.
