CVBase grants you (a private individual) accepting the Royalty Free License Agreement for DCV Software a limited, non-exclusive, non transferable, royalty-free license to reproduce the DCV Software, make unlimited copies and give free copies to other private individuals, who are accordingly accepting the terms and conditions of same Royalty Free License Agreement, provided that each copy contains the same license agreement and the same copyright and other proprietary notices and any disclaimer of warranty that appear on or in the Software. The license agreement, copyright notices and other intellectual property notices as well as any notice that refers to the absence of any warranty are contained in the DCV installer program; so as long as you do not alter the installer program in any way, you will be in compliance with this agreement.

Recruiters, Employers, Associations, Universities, Schools, Database Services Providers and other third parties may reproduce the DCV Software, make unlimited copies and freely distribute it provided that they license it from CVBase AG, by downloading the distributors package (68KB, zip format) and then printing the DCV Software Distribution Agreement, filling out, signing and sending it to CVBase AG, 61 Goethestrasse, CH-9008 St. Gallen, Switzerland.
If legal entities are redistributing the DCV software in their product, (CD ROM, bundled into PC or Third Party Package) they may reproduce the "Includes DCV" product signature on their product, on the label of their product, on the packaging or on the marketing material, including marketing on the Web, provided that they license this logo from CVBase AG by filling out the CVBase Logo License Agreement On-line or printing and filling out the CVBase Trademark License Agreement, also given with the distributors package (68KB, zip format) then signing and sending it to CVBase AG, 61 Goethestrasse, CH-9008 St. Gallen, Switzerland.
