CVBase Management & Query System is the name of the application software at Employer site and it has been designed for the management of a database of DCV documents (CVBase).
Value to users
By using the CVBase Management & Query System, a company can make accurate research thorough thousand of CV's in just a very short time. Thanks to the digital keys of the DCV document and the consequent precision in which the CV was edited, a company can immediately determine which candidate have to be invited to personal interviews.
The application software performs the following operational functions:
- Importing DCV files and loading the personal data, photo etc. into the CVBase.
- Mantaing the CVBase updated, by adding or cancelling information according to applicants submissions. The CVBase contains both the DCV files as they have been sent by applicants which cannot be modified, and all the information contained in a DCV document which are made available by unscrambling them into a text format.
- Running the queries in a "natural" way by using the same "semantic dictionaries" used by the applicants while preparing their own DCV documents. A query can be saved, modified and used again for further searches.
- Managing the Work Flow of personnel recruiting process and making it possible for more than one person to work on the same research simultaneously, from the first contact with the candidate to the conclusion of the hiring process.

- Exporting all data contained in a DCV document, after having unscrambled them, to major ERP systems as well as to customized pre-installed systems that the user may have.

Two product versions can be supplied:
- Workstation version, for small companies and small recruitment agencies where just a stand alone PC is needed.
- Enterprise version, for small and large companies where more than one PC client exists and it is going to be used concurrently on the same CVBase loaded on a Server.
